1. Using Maplan

Maplan is provided for business and organisational use. You are responsible for the actions taken in your workspace, including the content you and your users submit as feedback, ideas, roadmap items, and changelog entries.

2. Accounts and security

  • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • • You should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • • We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security issues, or non‑payment.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Maplan to store or transmit unlawful content, to harass other users, or to interfere with the security or availability of the Service. You also agree to comply with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection requirements in your jurisdiction.

4. Availability and changes to the Service

Maplan is an evolving product. Features may change over time as we improve the Service. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain availability, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, security, or reasons beyond our control.

5. Liability and warranties

This section should be tailored by your legal counsel. Typically, SaaS terms include disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability, subject to applicable laws in the jurisdictions you operate in.

6. Governing law

You should specify which jurisdiction's laws govern these terms and where disputes will be resolved (for example, the province or territory in Canada where your company is established).

7. Contact

Contact details for the entity behind Maplan (including registered business name and address) should be added here. This is where customers can reach you about contractual or legal questions.
